Ad0ocs and the medical expert it instructs are independent of the parties involved in the claims process. The medical expert has a duty to provide an unbiased report which will outline the injuries and suggest a likely recovery period. Attending the consultation is an important step in the process of the personal injury claim.

The medical expert who will conduct the examination will be an expert in their field and will provide a report so that the correct settlement can be made.

Adocs may in some circumstances need to request a copy of your General Practitioners medical records. If this is required, a signed consent form to indicate your agreement is needed.

If after your examination, the medical expert in their opinion thinks that a further investigation or treatment is required, rest assured that Adocs can arrange this as part of its additional services.

Adocs works in close partnership with physiotherapists and radiology imaging services.
